Over a course of sessions you can learn how to manage and control your thoughts, calm your flight or fight response, help to change your old patterns of thought and behaviour, gently rewiring your brain – using the brain’s ability to change itself, called neuroplasticity, which helps to create positive long-term changes to thoughts, behaviours and attitudes.  Working together I help you to identify small steps to get you working towards your goals and help you live the life you really want.

Stress & Anxiety Awareness Talk:

An informative and engaging 45-minute talk explaining the neuroscience behind stress, anxiety, overwhelm and ‘burn out’. More importantly perhaps, we discuss practical mindset strategies and tools that can be incorporated into your employees’ daily lives and bring about improvement in their wellbeing and mental health. (60mins / £150 per group)

Hypnotherapy

Group Relaxation Class:

 An enjoyable 30 mins designed to help reduce anxiety and stress. Participants can just come and relax whilst I guide them through a beautiful visualisation to a calm and peaceful state of mind and body. The atmosphere is enhanced with gentle soothing music played in the background. (30mins / £ 100 per group)

6-week Relaxation Group Course:

A course of six group relaxation sessions (as above) to really help your employees relax and reduce stress and anxiety. This programme is an effective way to support your employee’s well-being at work and teaches them how to relax their bodies and calm their minds. (6 x 30min classes / £500 per group)

Hypnotherapy for relaxation

Half Day Stress and Anxiety Workshop:

This engaging and informative 3 hour workshop consists of an awareness talk to help participants understand how their brain creates anxiety, depression, anger and more importantly, what we can do about it. We look at how we can lower our stress bucket levels and discuss techniques and strategies to support our mental health. The workshop also includes some activities and exercises to strengthen participants’ positivity and support their mental health. A lovely, chilled relaxation session concludes this workshop. (180 mins/ £450 per group)

6 x group Solution Focused Hypnotherapy sessions (60mins per session):

This programme is designed for those who have been suffering from long term stress and anxiety and are finding it difficult to cope. Sessions are designed to help clients move out of the stress response and back into the intellectual part of their mind. Participants can begin to think more positively and focus on finding solutions rather than dwelling on the problems they have. Solution Focused Hypnotherapy can help to develop a more relaxed frame of mind and can help clients change their perspective so that they find better ways to cope and implement strategies to move forward with resilience and optimism. (Prices start from £800 per group )

Hypnotherapy is a guided process that uses focused attention and relaxation to help you access the subconscious mind. In this state, you are more open to positive suggestions and new perspectives, allowing lasting change to occur more naturally and efficiently. 

When delivered by a trained professional, hypnotherapy, NLP techniques and non-attachment therapy are very safe.In fact most people find it an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable experience.I am highly qualified and a member of leading industry bodies. I offer a free consultation – so you can ask any questions you need for further reassurance.  

The amount of sessions can vary – depending on the individual and the changes they are seeking. Some people only need one or two sessions but others may need more. Like any other therapy, results vary and cannot be guaranteed. However, most people find it to be a fast and effective form of therapeutic change.  

Along with hypnosis I use a powerful combination of: 

  • Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) – Focuses on solutions rather than problems, helping you move forward quickly. 
  • Non-Attachment Therapy – Non Attachment Therapy  is a modern form of treatment developed by psychotherapist Stephen Brooks and is designed to treat a great number of disorders. This highly effective yet simple approach has been conceived, researched and thoroughly tested and has been shown to produce dramatic results in patients and clients often in only one session, including freedom from long term problems.  
  • Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) – Uses practical techniques to reframe thinking patterns and create new, empowering behaviours. 

This integrated approach helps create meaningful change without needing to relive or analyze the past in depth. 

Sessions are £80 but I also offer a block package of 6 sessions for £420.  

No ! You remain aware and in control at all times. Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attentionsimilar to being absorbed in a book or daydream. You cannot be made to do anything against your will. You cannot get stuck in hypnosis or be made to do anything against your wishes.  

Yes. I work with people all over the World using the Zoom platform.  

I offer a free consultation. This can take place in person or online. We will discuss what it is you are wanting help with and what you would like to achieve. We will look at how the brain works and how it creates problems for us – and more importantly, what we can do about it!
